TOOLROOM
Preyco has Full toolroom capabilities to design, build and maintain the tooling required for all production runs.

MACHINES
Preyco has 17 Platarg and  Waterbury Farrel I.C.O.P. (individual cam-operated presses ranging from 8 to 13 stations). These highly flexible machines  handle runs of various lengths, customized manufacturing and quick design changes.

SECONDARIES
Using press attachments that extend our manufacturing capabilities, Preyco can offer beading, side piercing, lancing, drifting and rolling at no additional cost.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
Various secondary services such as cleaning, heat treating, passivate and plating are available from approved, qualified Preyco vendors.

QUALITY
Preyco operations are QS 9000 and ISO 9000 compliant, utilizing APQP, PPAP, PFMEA’s, control plans and other quality tools, that help meet or exceed customer requirements. Preyco is also internet, E-Mail and EDI (electronic data interchange) ready, making it more efficient and profitable to do business with us. It is the policy of Preyco Mfg., Co.
